This is my first consulting project from scratch.
We got the task to solve the problem with the unprofitability of a restaurant by a night club. Taking into consideration the marine style of the club (“Lagoon”) and the availability of a classic disco cocktail card, we suggested creating a pre-party venue with the prices lower by 20%.
There was no point duplicating the club’s assortment, that’s why we chose “beer/pizza” - the format which would satisfy democratic pre-party audience.
The concept was reinforced with the entourage in style of the “Beatles” song with the same name and rock groups live performances.
As a result, we managed to achieve the profitability of +200% compared to the old restaurant.
