The establishment was opened on the consulting basis in the unprepared premises on the pedestrian street of Lutsk.
The task was set to open the establishment turnkey: concept, branding, marketing, startup, management and so on.
The idea was implemented within 6 months.
The concept of the beer restaurant with the European cuisine was reinforced with the feature of using a conceptual character – soldier Schweyk.
The whole venue is played up in the style of Austria-Hungary of the beginning of the XX century, and the dishes and drinks on the menu are of the bookish and humorous origin: “The Dish of Franz Jozeph’s Lover”, “Otto Katz’ Culinary Secret”, “Now She’s Done It” and so on.
The restaurant presents the assortment of imported beer on tap only and the liqueurs of own production.
The summer terrace helps achieve the turnover increase by 40-50% in summer.
The restaurant carries out the active marketing policy: “Oktoberfest”, ”Drunk Checkers Championship”, «Olympic Cancer Races», sports broadcasts and so on.
The special symbol of the city is the Brave Schweyk’s monument by the entrance to the establishment which is an excellent photo area for the city inhabitants as well as tourists.
