Kromberg & Schubert is one of the largest foreign-invested plants in Western Ukraine, employing about 4,000 people. The canteen at the plant works on a day and night basis, so that all workers can eat deliciously at any time.
The purpose of the new project is to move away from Soviet stereotypes about canteens: "The most important thing is that all Soviet stereotypes will be erased, as if a working canteen is something gray, ordinary and tasteless."
The project is made in a record short time - 25 days! After the renovation, the interior design was updated, modern equipment and four cash registers were installed. The menu includes sets of lunches and about a hundred items for every taste and choice. The developed food complex ensures the consumption of 1000 calories per meal in the right ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Canteen’s design is made in a modern loft style. There are many wooden elements for extra coziness and comfort. Thanks to the plants, the dining room is more like a restaurant.
