This is the recent experience of reconstructing an old soviet stage in the centre of Lutsk into the summer beach club with an open air swimming pool.
The construction part of the project was finished within the record breaking 2.5 months.
On the area of 1000 sq.m we managed to locate an open air swimming pool, sunbathing area with 100 places and a lounge café with 130 seats.
During the starting season we managed to develop the distinct marketing and show policies of the venue and test the developed assortment of dishes and drinks.
Within quite a short period of time the venue has become the most popular summer project in the city.
