The project was opened turnkey in a practically feasible building (with service lines and screed only).
The investor’s task was to create a profitable business and the initial idea was the restaurant format.
However, having analyzed the market and the premises’ potential we took the decision concerning the disco club concept.
At that time it was a novelty in the city to locate a DJ on the stage in the middle of the dance floor, to arrange a contact bar, places for show-ballet and to reduce the number of seats.
One more innovation was the professional cocktail card with show elements that was the first in the city.
The ideas of locating VIP zones and deposit systems for booking tables worked very successfully. Owing to this we managed to make receipt turnover at the tables equal to those of the contact bars.
The arranging of the summer lounge terrace and the restaurant by the club enabled to increase the turnover by 200%.
Despite its inconvenient location (near a petrol station on the way out of the city) the project made a real breakthrough and was successful for 4 years.
