The own project from “A to Z”, currently under day-to-day management.
In 2013 there appeared a possibility to rent an unprofitable night club in the centre of Lutsk with the total area 1500 sq. m.
The decision was made to develop the area step by step: in April 2013 the club concert dance hall (party format) was opened, and in the autumn of the same year the karaoke restaurant (pre-party format) was launched.
The project of the night club was developed from scratch and was implemented within 4 months.
In 2016 the project restyling was carried out, in which it has been functioning up to the present day.
The feature of the establishment is the availability of the second tier which enables to organize not only discos, but also live concerts of various stars. During 4 years of the establishment’s work it was visited by all the stars of the Ukrainian show business.
The summer terraces on the adjacent roofs enable to increase the summer turnover by 20%, and in winter the club is one of the best places for corporate events.
The combination of the complex with the karaoke restaurant gives the opportunity to attract Guests to the complex earlier and occupy the pre-party niche.
